At Khidmat e khalq, we are committed to providing you with high-quality natural supplements and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected, or issues can arise. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Our Commitment to Quality

We stand by the quality of our 100% natural dietary supplements. Each product is carefully sourced and manufactured to meet our high standards.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from Khidmat e khalq (your Shopify store URL).

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is initiated within Few days of your purchase date. (Commonly 7-30 days. Choose what works for you.)

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that have been opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons related to dietary supplements.

  • Items returned after the specified return period.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items purchased during a final sale or promotional offer explicitly stated as non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at alkhidmatherbalstore@gmail.com within few working days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item.

  • We will assess the situation and, if approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge. We may ask you to return the damaged/incorrect item, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

4. How to Initiate a Return

    with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Await Approval: We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item is damaged or incorrect, as per section 3). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.1

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as per section 3). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [Your Customer Service Email Address] with details and photos.

7. Cancellations
